We value your security, safety, and privacy as our top priority. We use outdoor security cameras to monitor the parking lot, sidewalk, and front porch, but not the backyard or anywhere else where your privacy is expected.

There are smoke, carbon monoxide, and security alarms for your safety. We employ noise monitors (decibels only) but no audio recording or conversations for our neighbors and our peace of mind for avoiding large disruptive events violating city ordinances.
